The B&B Terre di Aveja is a newly built dwelling, completed in 2012 with class A certification, made exclusively with green building technologies through the use of renewable energy sources and natural materials like wood that gives a particular warmth to both external and internal. The cosy structure is composed of 4 spacious rooms and 2 comfortable apartments equipped with all residential services, to spend pleasant stays, combined with modern comforts such as free Wi-FI in all rooms and common areas.

The B&B is equipped with a fully equipped room for breakfasts made with local products, flavours, that will make more pleasant morning of your stay.
The structure is equipped with ample free parking and also we are happy to accommodate your friends to 4 feet in sufficient outside space. Flowers everywhere and colorful surroundings allow guests to relax and unwind in natural surroundings by postcard.
